awful. really needs a update to improve bugs with restarting all the time
It crashes constantly and is glitchy as hell. Please try harder next time
One of the worst apps I have ever used! It's super slow and whenever you have to add credits to your account, the app simply doesn't work, you have to uninstall and reinstall it again and register your card again, it's ridiculous! And when you email their support, they just tell you to restart your phone, horrible system and support!
Started with log in issues then had issues adding funds to my account. Checked my bank account and funds were withdrawn from my account but it wasn't reflected on this garbage app. This NEEDS to be fixed ASAP. After this is resolved I'm going back to coins. This app makes doing laundry feel like you're pulling teeth
Always having trouble connecting and today spent 20min waiting on hold to talk to someone they finally answer tranfer me to someone else who immediately hangs up. No more from me im done.
It doesn't work always bugs out
It's super cool when you start a load of laundry, but then the app stops working, won't let you add more money and then you're stuck with a wet load of laundry. My apartment looks like an industrial drying rack right now. Thanks MicroPayments GS!
Maybe it's my phone but I keep having to restart my phone or close and open the app to get things started. Just today, it took me 13 minutes to get the dryer started. I only was able to get it working once I had someone else's phone to use the app. Maybe it's not Samsung or Android phone friendly. It seemed to work with no issues with an iPhone.

Where are the locations that washers use this app because I put 40 and was going to do it in my apt but im going to the city and can I use this app at most laundry mats
